Shipping Policy
1. Most stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
2. Stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a PPL representative will contact you within 1 business day using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.
3. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order placed. NOTE: For shipments outside of the United Kingdom Please contact us.
4. If you receive a damaged box or product please contact us with pictures within 48 hours. We will investigate the reason asap and we will send out a new parcel within 48 hours. Later reports may not be accepted.
5. Order errors or changes must be reported within 90 days from the date of shipment.
