Tea Packaging

The customers like to see the tea leaves to have a better idea of what is inside. We design our stand up pouches with materials that have low haze and high light transmission for tea packaging industry.

Sometimes the leaves are broken into small pieces inside the packages and look like a dust at the bottom of the stand-up pouches. The Kraft pouches with kraft window gives a very good solution. The window in the middle show the product and the kraft under the window and gusset hides the dust.

We still have some barrier property with transparent material of both stand up pouches and flat bottom pouches. Water vapor transmission of the pouches are less than 40 gm/m2/day and the oxygen permeability is less than 130 cm3/m2/day. These are true under standard, temperature and moisture levels.

We have surface printing capabilities on the pouches so that you can have customized resalable stand up pouches with zipper even for quantities starting from 1.000 pcs.
